Crazy Busy Weekend......
Wow What a weekend. First I am now an official graduate of Utah State University with my Masters degree in Family and Human Development. Friday was the big day. It was everything I expected and more. As I began this journey to get my degree I always dreamed of being "hooded." The hooding ceremony was so neat. I felt like a queen getting my crowning glory.
That night we had a great party at my aunts house. Lots of food and fun. Then Saturday morning we got up really early and volunteered at Torie and Mitch's school. We painted, planted and worked really hard to clean up the school. We were joined by about one hundred other volunteers including 30 or so missionaries. It was fun but a lot of work. Next we went to Torie's soccer game. They won 10 to 0. and Finally we ended our night at the REAL soccer game and guess who was play the "David Beckum"(if I spelled it right, he is the one with the really nice @#%) It was a great game. Now I can say I saw David make two goal it was beautiful and the goals weren't bad either.
