Chirstmas Morning

Family Fun Christmas Morning. Every Christmas morning we have all the family over for Christmas breakfast. Breakfast consists of waffles made by great-grandma Barker, chili eggs made by Aunt Shawna. This year we were joined by Lucas. Pictured below.

Beaver is Open

Today was a great ski day. It was an all girl ski day, with new skis, outfits and energy we tackled the slops of Beaver Mountain. This was the second day of skiing and we loved every minute of it.

Izatt Christmas Party

Sunday was our 3rd annual Izatt Christmas party. Everyone came except Alex and we missed him and his cute wife. We ate and enjoyed each others company, opened presents and even decorated gingerbread houses. I loved watching all the kids eyes open wide when I told them that they got to have as MUCH candy on their house as they wanted. Torie decided she was going to decorate the entire rooftop with small, I mean small, candy. She spent at least and hour just on her roof. With Uncle Mike's help she was able to finish before everybody went home. Chance decided his went through and everything nado. That means it was a disaster area. It had so much frosting that he had to put it in the freezer, "too help it set-up." All in all it was a big success.

Selling Lemonade

This last "black" Friday Mitch and Max decided that they wanted to get in on all the after Thanksgiving sales. They carried the table and chairs all the way from the toy room and set up shop outside. Both of them were still in there pajamas and half naked. I told them it was too cold to sell lemonade and Max told me "Oh I just really want to sell the lemonade and I have never in my life sold lemonade outside." I let them knowing that they were not going to get any sales. Bret was up on the roof putting up Christmas lights. By the end of about 10 minutes of selling they made $2.00. Wow more than I ever thought two naked boys could make on a very cold "black" Friday. Just a side note. Max told me that people really like their lemonade cold so today was a great day to sell it because the drink would stay very cold.
